X10 bosu plank alternating leg straddles, dome side down

X20 mountain climbers, dome side down

X20 bosu squats holding it out front, dome away

X20 bosu jumpovers

X10 bosu reverse lunge w a twist each side, holding bosu at chest

3 sets

X25 bosu crunches

X20 alternating crossovers

X10 side plank hip dips, each side
