GET IT DONE

We all feel the motivation to workout. Things like looking good for the summer, fitting into an outfit, or your energy levels are just up. These workouts are your best. You want to exercise, you’re excited to do so and your mind is positive. Some days are just not like that, even some weeks or months. That is OKAY! Focus on your discipline these days. Think about your power to keep going, even though you’re just not feelin it. You will gain more by pushing through demotivating days, than on your good workout days. So next time you’re struggling, dig down deep for the discipline you know you have and keep going!
