Every session is completely personalized based on the client’s goals and preferences. Our trainer’s expertise in developing ongoing sessions, best accommodates the client’s short and long-term goals. Each session incorporates unique exercises to avoid monotony and work specific areas of the body.

From boxing, to balance, to free-weights, we customize specific modes of exercise for each client every session. As your trainer develops your personalized fitness program, we also strive to make it fun!

Reserved Private Session Times

There is no competition and no judgement in this setting; in fact, no one but your trainer can see you workout. These one-on-one sessions are completely private to provide the client the comfort level and focus they need to be successful. One of the only completely private training studios in the Charleston area.

Session times are standing appointments each week to provide accountability and consistency. The hour-long sessions are the perfect amount of time to safely warm the body up, perform sets of exercises and end with any questions or feedback from your trainer.

Through relationship building we provide the accountability our clients have come to value. When one is accountable for their actions they value their progress and don’t sabotage success. This accountability reaches beyond the training session, focusing on other related lifestyle elements, like proper sleep for optimal metabolism, stress management, self-care practices, hydration, food choices, and appropriate supplement intake.


Tailored Level of Intensity-Safety First

Exercise programs are based on the trainer’s thorough evaluation of the client’s current health and physical abilities. Level of progression is designed appropriately for the individual. Every movement is observed closely to provide perfect form and, if necessary, correct for safety immediately. Using specific techniques and tools like the Hypervolt, helps clients to avoid muscle soreness, joint discomfort and ultimately, injury.
