  • Walk/jog 3 min

  • Jump rope 2 mins

  • Squat 1 min

  • Speed skaters 1 min

  • Butt kicks/Stationary jog 1 min

  • Squat hold punching bag arms 1 min

  • High knee pulls 1 min, use core

  • Jump rope 1 min

  • Narrow squat 1 min

  • Wide squat 1 min

  • Alternating lateral lunge 1 min

  • Jog in place 1 min

  • Repeat again

    • Kick up the intensity by picking up the pace for each round
